The   Knife Factory and The Dining Collective are thrilled to invite you to   our collaborative series- Toasted: A THC Tasting Event on April 20th   We are delighted to present an evening filled with sublime food, delicious drinks, and impeccable vibes. Each course is designed to delight all of your senses and deeply scratch that munchies itch while maintaining an air of effortless hospitality and a cozy refinery you   will not find anywhere else.

At  Toasted you will:

-Experience a 4 course tasting menu curated to delight your senses and tickle your imagination. Don't worry you won't leave hungry.

-Explore the many ways THC can enhance the flavors and aromas of each dish while carefully maintaining a comfortable high.

-Enjoy Non-Alcoholic beverage pairings with each course designed to compliment and elevate each dish.

-Lose yourself in the peerless coziness and effortless elegance of The Knife Factory.

-THC will be tightly controlled and maxing out at 20mgs for the dinner itself, a level that will elevate lower tolerances. There will  be many ways for those with higher tolerance to get where they would like to be.

The Menu:

Spring Greens: Ramps, Quail Eggs, Green Goddesss 

Rotolo: 'Nduja, Arabiata, Pizzaria Mozzerella  

Fried Chicken: Slaw, Lemon Pepper, New Potato 

Honey Nut: Almond, Cream, Gulab Jamun
